I have been taking my vehicles to H3 for the past 15+ years. If you are looking for professionalism, honesty, and reliability then H3 automotive is the best place to go for you car's mechanical needs. This is a family business and they treat their customers like family. If you need regular maintenance for your vehicle or if you have major mechanical problems, they can handle it. Nobody likes to have car problems and they seem to happen at the worst time but H3 has always treated me, friends, and family with respect and have always been honest. Major repairs are costly but they will be honest about what needs to be fix immediately vs things that can wait a little longer and I have always appreciated that. They keep you up to date with any changes, whether it be by phone or text message; they are willing to help and that is all anybody wants. When you get your vehicle back, you can be sure that all the issues that were discussed have been corrected. -Professionalism -Integrity -Honesty -Welcoming I would recommend H3 automotives to anybody that needs any car services. Regrettably I had a short between my truck and travel trailer and by the time I saw the smoke severe damage had been done to the wiring on my truck. The GM estimate for repairs was over $2500. H3 did the flawless repair in one day for about 1/3 that amount Honest and nice folks! The only issue was that it took three weeks to get the repair done because they are so busy

I dropped off my wife?s car on Monday afternoon a few minutes after their closing time. They took my contact info, and I asked them to check out why the a/c never gets cool. They called me THE NEXT DAY @ 10:3am, that the work was finished, and they even added some dye to the refrigerant to help diagnose if there was a small leak. The a/c was nice and cold on the ride home and I could not be more pleased with the expert and polite service I received!! These guys don't play games. They'll usually get back within two hours to explain in detail, what the problem is, how long till completion, to get your authorization and when you should check back. If any additional parts are needed or there's a snag in the op., They'll call you and keep you in the loop. You couldn't ask for better service.

Incredibly friendly staff, I had been running into an issue that no one seemed to be able to isolate except for the team here. They did not have what was needed to get things in order (totally expected, specialized equipment is expensive) but they gave me everything I would need to know and pointed me in the right direction well beyond what was expected! Great fast service. Just moved here from Ohio and my sons car decided to have issues. Not knowing anyone I googled local businesses. I called and Eric quickly answered my concerns and scheduled my car in the next morning as it was closing time when I called. The repairs were completed in an hour and the service was great. There were a few repair shops that I found on Yelp that repair German cars like my Audi A8L, and Audi Sarasota was also available. However we were put off by the possible cost of OEM parts to fix the air suspension system and I wanted to drive it as little as possible to avoid further trouble. Also, we had a road trip planned the following week so time was a concern. H3 was the closest one to me so I took it there on a Thursday morning. They had a full workload that day. Eric called me back that afternoon and described what was needed and the cost. He said they could get it done by the next day, and they did. When we went to get the car he and his team showed us the old parts and explained patiently what went wrong. They had seen this happen many times on other German makes so I felt they were knowledgeable about German cars. We feel they are a great choice for any repairs and service our car might need in the future and I would have no problem recommending them.

I have taken my 91 Mustang with a 347 Stroker to them several times. Sometimes for installation of new add ons, sometimes advice. They are always courteous and very helpful with my questions on tuning a high performance car. They are beyond a doubt, the best shop around! Their work is flawless and the pricing is always fair. We brought our son's 2000 Jeep Cherokee in for a coolant problem; the radiator had cracked and coolant went gushing across our garage. They replaced the radiator, pressure checked the system and refilled with coolant for a very reasonable price. The cost for the radiator was no different than what I would have paid for it online or at an auto parts store. We had to bring it back for an additional coolant problem - slight overheating at standstill. They replaced the relay for the auxiliary fan for all of $11. I've never left a repair shop having paid cash for anything. They are extremely helpful and willing to work within your budget. We have found a local garage for all our auto needs when outside of warranty work. I am extremely happy I took a chance on them and would heartily recommend them to anyone.

I brought my Cobra Mustang to H3 for some difficult repair work and they did a fantastic job. I didn't want to bring my car to the dealership and pay twice as much, while finding a good mechanic that could work on a complicated supercharged motor. They gave me an upfront quote for the work and while I was waiting the local parts dealer was dropping one of his delivery trucks off for some maintenance. I knew if this is where the parts guy brings his vehicle, then I must be in right place. I highly recommend this honest family owned business whether you need a simple oil change or highly technical complicated work done. You'll be treated fairly and the job will be done right by skilled mechanics. Best auto repair shop in the Sarasota, Bradenton, Lakewood Ranch area.
